Membership is open to all nationalities. Most expats become members not so much for the benefits, but so that their annual membership contribution will assist the Club to continue operating as a noncommercial social organization of Expats Helping Expats.

It is through Expats joining the Club that has allowed for its continuous operation since March 2001.

Judith Edmonds, Club Treasurer, handles membership applications at the Membership Desk at the Club meetings before the Meeting Program begins. Afterwards, she is available at her table inside the meeting room.

For renewal, just give Judith your expired card and your membership contribution and she will prepare a new card which will be available at the next meeting.

If unable to attend a meeting, see information below .

Membership Dues

Membership dues are 400 baht per year. Membership is for one year.

If you wish, you can pay this annual contribution in multiple year increments, e.g., 800 Baht for two years or 1,200 for three years, etc.

Usually, dues are paid at the Club meeting when you join or renew your membership.  However, if it is not possible to do so at a meeting AND you have a Thai bank account, you can transfer from your bank to the Club bank account.

Email for more information on doing a bank to bank transfer. NOTE: If doing a transfer, it is NECESSARY for you to confirm the transfer by sending a copy by email as this is the only way we can identify your dues payment.

Membership Card

The Club Membership Card has your name, photo, and expiration date.

Membership cards for new applicants and renewals are usually available to pick up at the next meeting.

If you join or renew using a bank to bank transfer (see above) and are unable to pick up the card at a Club meeting, it can be scanned and emailed to you for use until such time as you can pick up the card.

New Member

You will need to complete an application giving your name, telephone number, and email address.  A photograph will be taken by the Club photographer.

The photo and information will be entered into the Club’s membership database and a membership card with photo will be available at the next Club meeting.

If you cannot attend a meeting to join or pick up your membership card, you can email for information on using a bank to bank transfer for dues and how to send a photo for use on the membership card.

Renewal of Membership

Renewals are easy. At the weekly meeting, just show your previous card and pay your dues at the membership table.

If you cannot attend a meeting, you can use your online Thai banking to pay your dues. For renewals, there is no need for a new photo. Contact us at for details.

Your new membership card will be available to pick up at the next meeting or a copy can be emailed to you if you renew using the bank to bank transfer.
