To get a Thai driving license, Thais use an online App to obtain an appointment but foreigners will need to go to the Banglamung Land Transport Office to obtain an appointment. Click here for location.

The Office currently limits appointments for foreigners to 20 per day. It is suggested to arrive early.  Join the queue and when inside, obtain a Queue ticket where you enter.  When your Queue number is called, you go upstairs where your documents are checked.  If their daily quota is full, they will give you an appointment date and time to return.
