ADDRESS REPORTING

Thai Immigration requires that your address be reported by the property owner/possessor upon arrival and by the foreigner if they remain in Thailand for 90 consecutive days or when they change their address. Failure to report as required will usually result in a fine.

TM.30 Form - For Notification of the Residence Where the Alien Is  Staying 

The TM.30 Form - "Notification From For Housemaster, Owner or the Possessor of the Residence Where the Alien Has Stayed" is usually required to be filed with the local Thai Immigration Office for the geographical location of the property within 24 hours of foreigner's arrival.

Fines may be imposed for late filing or not filing.

TM.47 Form - For Alien to Notify of Staying Longer than 90 Days



Thailand requires all foreigners to report their address to Thai Immigration if they remain in Thailand for 90 consecutive days from date of entry or from their last address reporting date. The report can be done in person, on your behalf by another person, online using a computer, or by an App on your "smart" phone.

Fines may be imposed for late filing or not filing.

TM.27 Form - Form for Aliens to Notify Their Change of Address if Different From That Stated on Their Arrival Card

If a foreigner changes their address from the one previously reported to Immigration, they are required to notify the Thai Immigration of the new address.

Fines may be imposed for late filing.
