There is a side entrance from parking - also a handycap ramp Cl | Expat Comment: This is my "go to" store for computers, printers, external hard drives, and and other items. New items are usually covered by warranty. Over the years, I have needed to obtain warranty repair service 3 times with no problem. I have also obtained Windows 10 and Office software at a reasonable price - they will install if you bring in or purchase a computer. My most recent purchase, an all purpose printer HP printer with ink tanks, they opened and set everything in working order - no extra charge. A few months ago, I wanted a particular model of desktop computer to replace my very old one. I didn't have to visit the store to see if they had it, I contacted them using Facebook messenger with the brand name & model. Within 10 minutes they responded they had it in stock and the price, which was comparable to that shown online for other major electronic stores. Components OR Use their Search Feature | Expat Comment: I found this company to be very reliable and always a good source if you can't find it in a Pattaya Store. I have ordered several items over the past few years including WiFi router, 4TB external hard drive, and iPhone USB lightening cables. With it being a Thailand based store, there are no "Customs" issues or duty involved. One item was a Computer Gaming Chair (they have several on offer) which I have found to be more comfortable and suitable for using my computer than an office executive chair. If ordering this item, I suggest due diligence in finding the right one for your needs, e.g., weight capacity, type of fabric (breathable), lumbar pillow, swivel/reclining, etc. When searching their online store, they will display a picture of the item, price, and specifications - often including a link to the manufacturer's specification webpage. Their listing will show time for shipment, usually 1-3 days. Payment can be by credit card, PayPal, or online transfer from a Thai bank. You also choose your method of delivery; they list the shipping cost for Thai Post Office EMS or Thai Express delivery service. I usually select Kerry as they usually deliver the next day from the day shipped. I usually use online banking to make payment. After placing my order, they confirmed by email with an order number. A second email was sent with their bank account information for making payment noting I would need to send a copy of my Bank's transfer confirmation. Within about 10 minutes, I received confirmation they had received my funds. For items I have ordered, they usually have been shipped withing 2 or 3 days. I received an email when shipped along with tracking number. |
