90-DAY ADDRESS REPORTING BY POSTAL MAIL

Contact your Immigration Office for address and to confirm the below list of documents is all they require.

Do not mail your original passport


Send your notice by EMS Registered mail retain the receipt as evidence of mailing.

You will need to send the following documents (Be sure to affix an original signature to all photocopies):

  • Photocopy of passport pages with following pages
    • Front page showing name / surname / Passport No., etc.
    • Current visa
    • Last entry stamp of immigration
    • Last extension of visa
  • Photocopy of departure card TM.6
  • Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)
    • Completely filled in and signed notification form TM.47
    • Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of Form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days. You may want to have the return envelope affixed with a EMS mail stamp so you can track the whereabouts of the application throughout the process.
