Interview: https://youtu.be/bGBqzt22aYI

In honor of Armistice Day, or Veterans Day in the US, the Club has invited Member Roger Fox to share a bit of his life as an Army pilot. After a thumbnail sketch of his career, he will entertain us with scary stories of:

  • Flight school antics;
  • A ‘normal’ Vietnam conflict day; and
  • Other career highlights.
He will also speak about the many personal benefits he received while serving his country. His notes that his closing illustration will pretty much say it all and he will be glad to entertain all questions.

Roger is a retired US Army Helicopter Instructor Pilot and served in the American military for 26 years. His degrees include a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics and a Master’s degree in Theology. He has taught school to various ages in a variety of venues including the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) course here in Pattaya.
