Our next featured speaker brings a powerful, practical approach to emotional and physical well being—one that has helped people around the world shift long‑standing patterns with surprising speed and ease. Now based in Chiang Mai, Jaz Goven works internationally with individuals and groups, helping people move out of survival mode and into greater clarity, ease, and well being. Her warm, grounded approach makes this session both accessible and transformative. Jaz is the creator of Fast Track Technique®, a practical and effective method for creating rapid emotional and physical change. With over 20 years’ experience as a therapist and transformational coach, Jaz works with the subconscious to help people break long-standing patterns that traditional talk-based approaches often struggle to shift. Fast Track Technique is used to address issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, physical symptoms, self-sabotage, and emotional blocks, often producing noticeable results quickly. The process is simple, non-invasive, and designed to work with the body and mind together. Rather than analyzing the past or spending years talking through challenges, FTT works directly with the underlying emotional triggers—gently, naturally, and efficiently. Participants will have the opportunity to witness FTT in action. Jaz will offer a live demonstration so attendees can experience just how quickly and organically change can occur. As a special thank-you, PCEC members attending the talk will be offered a 45% discount on a Fast Track Technique private session (available until 7 February), along with a complimentary Frequency Machine trial.
