We will have two guest speakers. Curtis Arnold, best-selling author and former research director at Weiss Research, will be telling us about A New Way to View Nutrition - why 37 trillion cells need your help. He will be followed by Tanya Wallapha who considers herself to be the “wingwoman” for health care in Pattaya.
Modern medicine often misses the mark when it comes to metabolic disease, the silent driver behind 80% of preventable deaths from heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes. These conditions typically begin 10–20 years before diagnosis, making early understanding and intervention critical. His talk will reveal why these epidemics are accelerating and how to avoid becoming a statistic, how your daily food choices directly impact cellular function and long-term health, why conventional medicine struggles to detect and treat metabolic disease, and what you can do today to support your 37 trillion cells and reclaim your metabolic health
In her talk, Tanya will share practical advice, real‑world insights, and the comforting message that you are never alone. As your “wingwoman,” she helps expats make confident, informed decisions — from routine check‑ups and wellness planning to selecting the right specialists and understanding treatment options. Tanya Thai citizen and has called Pattaya home for more than 20 years. With 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings deep expertise in medical services, patient care coordination, and connecting individuals with trusted healthcare professionals across the city. Working independently, she supports expats by offering clear guidance, honest advice, and stress‑free assistance ensuring they receive quality care without unnecessary confusion or cost. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Burapha University and a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
