Our speaker will be Paisan Bundityanond on the topic of the Cannabis Revolution in Thailand. He will talk about the legalization in Thailand for the use of cannabis for medicinal purposes and how it came about.

Khun Paisan has an M.S. degree in Management and Organization Development. He is certified in Commercial Investment and a member of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, a USA based professional organization of commercial real estate managers.

He is the owner of Rabbit Resort and Ganj Coffee & Restaurant located on Dongtan Beach in Pattaya. He is also a Mediator for the Provincial Court of Pattaya and the Kwang Court of Pattaya.

Ray Whitley will also give a short 10 minute presentation on The Rotary Xmas event scheduled for 24th December
